Footballer of the Year: Trpišovský´s triumph and two silvers

The Czech Footballer of the Year awards revealed its winners on Monday evening. The Coach of the Year is Jindřich Trpišovský, with other Slavia representatives also recognized. Congratulations to all!

In the main category, Centropol Footballer of the Year 2023, Tomáš Holeš finished fifth, with Jindřich Staněk just behind him in sixth place. The victory went to the national team captain and West Ham midfielder, Tomáš Souček, who continued his successes from 2019, when he was still shining at Eden, and 2020.

The Coach of the Year 2023 was awarded to Jindřich Trpišovský, surpassing former national team coach Jaroslav Šilhavý and Martin Svědík from Slovácko. Last year, the head of the Slavia bench finished third, and the year before that, he triumphed.

In the Satum Female Footballer of the Year, Olivie Lukášová claimed silver, while Matěj Jurásek secured second place in the Puma Talent of the Year.

The oldest domestic football poll currently overseen by the Football Association of the Czech Republic. Votes are cast by top-flight coaches, captains of top-flight teams, national team representatives with at least 30 appearances for the national team, past winners, representatives of the football association, and media representatives.
