Fourth consecutive title for Slavia Ladies!

PRAGUE - Slavia Ladies are 2016/2017 Czech Champions! The red-and-white ladies secured their title already one round prior the end of the competition and could celebrate on the home pitch on Saturday. Their stats are really impressive - Slavia remained unbeaten in course of the whole season!
Slavia Ladies confirmed their title with a 4-2 home win against Slovacko on Saturday. The ladies thus remained unbeaten during the whole season (2 draws only) with an outstanding score of 113 goals for and 12 goals conceded.

Ladies wil thus take part in 2017/18 UEFA Women´s Champion League.

Slavia made light work of their MOL Cup Round of 16 clash away at Zlín, securing a dominant 4–0 victory. The Reds decided the game already in the first half, when Mojmír Chytil opened the scoring. In the third round of the Champions League group stage, Slavia Prague held Atalanta to a 0–0 draw in Bergamo. The hero of the match was Jakub Markovič, who made at least four phenomenal saves on his Champions League debut. The “Red-and-Whites” picked up their second point in the group standings.

In the second round of the Champions League group stage, Slavia Prague were defeated 0–3 away to Inter Milan at the San Siro. Jindřich Staněk was beaten twice by Lautaro Martínez, a veteran of the sides’ memorable 1–1 draw six years ago, while Denzel Dumfries added a third for the hosts.
