Slavia secured a 2–0 victory in the Vršovice derby in the second round, defeating Bohemians on their home ground. The first win of the new season came thanks to accurate strikes from Lukáš Provod and Vasil Kušej. Michal Sadílek made his debut in the starting lineup.

Slavia kicked off the new Chance Liga season at Eden with a 2–2 draw against Hradec Králové. ​Despite going behind, the red-and-whites turned the game around with goals from Tomáš Chorý and Christos Zafeiris, but the visitors equalized five minutes from time. A total of 18,780 fans were in attendance — thank you for the incredible support!
