Eintracht Frankfurt - Slavia
Goals: 53. Marmoush
Slavia lost to Eintracht Frankfurt 0-1 in the 4th round of the UEL league phase at the Waldstadion, despite outshooting the third-placed Bundesliga team 20:10. The only goal of the match, witnessed by 57,350 fans, was scored by Omar Marmoush from a free kick in the second half.

Coach Jind?ich Trpi?ovsk? had to make a last-minute lineup change, with Ond?ej Zmrzl? replacing the unfit David Zima, and Igoh Ogbu also started from the first minute. The match began with a minute of silence in memory of the flash flood victims in Valencia, with the home team wearing black armbands.

Both teams started energetically, but headers from Simion Michez and Tom?? Hole? lacked accuracy, and Anton?n Kinsk? saved Marmoush's shot in the 7th minute. Dahoud's shot went over the goal, as did the active Michez's attempt. At the end of the 26th minute, Marmoush's shot narrowly missed the left post again.

After half an hour, Kinsk? made an outstanding save, blocking Knauff's solo shot with his left hand in a 100% chance, while Marmoush missed the follow-up. Late in the first half, Tom?? Chor?'s sliding attempt came up inches short of redirecting Michez's deflected shot into the net.

Frankfurt took the lead in the 53rd minute, with Marmoush curling an unstoppable free kick into the goal - 1:0. Slavia made their first substitution shortly after, with Mat?j Jur?sek replacing Zmrzl?. In the 67th minute, Provod and Chor? gave way to Mojm?r Chytil and Ond?ej Lingr.

Ogbu made a great defensive play, and no penalty was given after Michez went down in the box. Lingr had a chance to equalize but shot straight at Trapp. Chytil couldn't chip the advancing Eintracht goalkeeper, and Hole?'s header went over the crossbar.

Jur?sek had a massive chance to equalize in the 89th minute after a brilliant combination with Lingr, but Trapp miraculously saved the ball with his foot. The referee added four minutes of extra time, and Chaloupek, who replaced Ogbu, made a perfect sliding tackle to deny the hosts a second goal celebration. Kinsk? saved Ekitike's shot, rounding off his exceptional performance.

Slavia fell to Frankfurt 0-1 before 57,350 spectators and remain at four points midway through the UEL league phase.
