Slavia - Karviná
The red & whites were one goal down after 14 minutes but managed to come from behind. Miroslav Stoch became hero of the night with two beautiful goals and one assist.
Manager Trpišovský had to do only one change in compare to the game in Brno. Michael Ngadeu could not start after 4th yellow card in Brno and was replaced by Ondřej Kúdela on his position as centre-back.

Josef Hušbauer appeared in the first chance after 11 minutes but goalkeeper Le Giang managed to punch his effort on the corner kick. However, Karviná took lead just 3 minutes later. After a counter-attack Jan Kalabiška latched onto a ball and fired it through Kolář on the near post.

Slavia equalized at minute 29 after a Slovak combination between Hromada and Stoch. Jakub Hromada sent a precise through pass and Miroslav Stoch lobbed the ball over goalkeeper from the left side of the box.

Shortly before the break Slavia captain Milan Škoda had to be substituted following an injury and was replaced by Stanislav Tecl.

Slavia could take the lead on 47th minute, but Frydrych hit the crossbar with his header after Souček cross. The red & whites thus had to wait till the 59th minute, when Miroslav Stoch again was left few seconds behind the box and fired the ball to the far post from 23 meters.

Jakub Jugas then added third for Slavia after 78 minutes. Goalkeeper Le Giang denied Tecl with his shot, but Stoch took the following corner and Jakub Jugas headed the ball into the net on the near post.

Last word – however – belonged to Karviná. With three minutes remaining from the game Tomáš Wágner latched onto a long ball and alone in front of Kolář sent the ball into the net.

Karviná then focused on attack and opened their defense, but Slavia did not utilize their chances. After a 3-2 victory Slavia is now on the second place of league table 6 points ahead of Olomouc and 7 points ahead of Jablonec and Liberec.
