Jindřich Trpišovský made 4 changes into the starting line-up in compare to the away game at Arsenal. Ondřej Kolář remained in goal as he recovered from his injury sustained in the Rangers second leg.

Kolář made a key save just 6 minutes into the game when he kicked out close-range effort by Adam Hložek.

Our goalkeeper pulled out another superb flying save against Dočkal´s effort from distance in the 25th minute.

But it was Slavia who took lead late on in the opening half. Nicolae Stanciu set up Tomáš Holeš at the edge of the box and our defensive midfielder sent a beautiful curler beyond Nita.

The pattern of play changed completely in the second half and Slavia dominated the game. Lingr sent a dangerous shot on goal after 68 minutes, but Nita managed to block it.

Slavia made double substitution in the 68th minute. Alexander Bah replaced Jan Kuchta and Stanislav Tecl went in for Ondřej Lingr.

Taras Kacharaba who started as centre-back this time (Kacharaba is not in the UEL squad and wasn´t available for Arsenal) sent his dangerous header wide after 75 minutes.

With 80 minutes on the clock Slavia doubled their lead when Stanislav Tecl scored his first Derby goal. "It has always been my dream," Tecl said after the game.
