Five goals for the Red-Whites in the second half secured all points from Vršovice Derby against Bohemians.
Manager Jindřich Trpišovský made several changes again in compare to the last winning game against Union Berlin on Thursday. Jan Bořil and Lukáš Masopust started on the sides as left and right backs, Aiham Ousou played alongside Ladislav Takács as centre-backs. Tomáš Holeš and Daniel Samek paired up in defensive midfield. The attacking midfield trio was composed of Alex Bah, Nicolae Stanciu and Ivan Schranz. Jan Kuchta started up front.

Slavia set the pace of the game from the very beginning but could not produce any goalscoring opportunity. In the 21st minute, Ladislav Takács got injured, had to be replaced by Petr Ševčík and Holeš moved to the position of centre-back. Few seconds later Bohemians were given a free kick, the ball rebounded to Fulnek, his shot was blocked to Jan Chramosta and Bohemians forward fired it through Mandous on the near post.

Jan Kuchta and Alexander Bah both had a good opportunity for the Red-Whites but both fired wide. On the other side, Dostál fired from the edge of the box, but Mandous made a good save. The first half thus ended 1-0 for the hosts.

Jindřich Trpišovský made two changes at the beginning of the second half. Michael Krmenčík replaced Daniel Samek and Ondřej Lingr substituted Lukáš Masopust. And Slavia managed to come from behind scoring 5 goals within 20 minutes after the break.

In the 54th minute, Köstl tried a clearance, missed the ball, and took out Jan Bořil inside of Bohemians box. The referee pointed to the spot after a VAR-consultation and Nicolae Stanciu equalised from a spot-kick in the 56th minute.

After 63 minutes Kuchta’s cross fell through to Ondřej Lingr, our midfielder fired it through Le Giang and turned the match around for Slavia. Only two minutes later Le Giang blocked Schranz header only to Jan Kuchta and our forward scored third Slavia goal of the night.

With 71 minutes on the clock Jan Kuchta went past two defenders into the box, was tackled by Köstl and the referee pointed to the spot for the second time. Michael Krmenčík took the ball and with a powerful shot under the crossbar scored his maiden goal in Slavia.

The last word, however, belonged to Ivan Schranz in the 76th minute. In a quick counter-attack Ševčík sent a beautiful cross to Krmenčík who passed the ball to Schranz and the Slovak forward scored his sixth goal of the season with a superb shot from the edge of the box.

Towards the end of the game Bohemians got into three big chances. In the 86th minute Hronek was set up by a through pass inside of the box, but Mandous rushed out of the goal to block his effort. A minute later Kovařík hit crossbar from the left side after a counter-attack.

It was end-to-end fare in Ďolíček and Nico Stanciu could add another goal for Slavia after just few seconds, but his low effort from behind the box missed the left post. In the added time Bederka could score for Bohemians, but Mandous was quick on the far post and blocked his effort with a superb save.

Slavia thus remain the only unbeaten team in the 2021/22 Fortuna Liga. The unbeaten run in the Czech top tier has stretched to 53 games.
