How did it look on Sunday night in Dolicek?
The starting eleven underwent two changes compared to the European win over Ludogorets Razgrad. David Doudera replaced Conrad Wallem and Ondrej Lingr made his first appearance since his arrival.
Jan Boril's header in the 9th minute did not go between the three posts, after the subsequent corner kick Fruhwald had to go up in the air, he managed to tame the ball twice. Christos Zafeiris' curling shot from the left flew past the left post. Lingr missed a 100 percent chance, his header from close range went over the crossbar
From the great pressure, the Slavs got the leading goal after a quarter of an hour of play, Malick Diouf, the best scorer of Slavia, uncompromisingly hit the back post with a half-volley for the fifth time in the league season - 0:1.
Less than two minutes later, Tomas Chory increased the lead with a penalty, he put into the net a brilliant offer from Lukas Provod - 0:2. The national team striker scored his third league goal in a red&white jersey. In the 34th minute the difference between the two teams was three goals, Lingr's shot was knocked into his own net by Petrak after two bounces - 0:3. Chory could have improved the dreamy first half, but he failed to finish with his left foot and shot over.
The national team striker started the second half actively, he put himself in the centre of Boril, the finish flew over the crossbar. In the 50th minute, Christos Zafeiris got the ball into the net, Provod prepared the firing position for him, the main referee Vsetecka initially disallowed the goal, after the intervention of VAR and subsequent review he changed his opinion - 0:4. In the 58th minute, Fruhwald made a successful save, catching Chory's header.
In the 67th minute, the coaching team made a triple substitution, Provod, Doudera and Zafeiris had to work, Matej Jurasek, Filip Prebsl and Ondrej Zmrzly headed to the pitch. Soon Mojmir Chytil replaced Chory and Stepan Chaloupek replaced Holes.
The next goal did not come in the match, Diouf failed in a great chance against the Slovak goalkeeper of Bohemians.
Slavia dominated the Vrsovice derby 4:0, improving their league record against Bohemians to nine wins and one draw in the last ten meetings. Their next match is on Thursday at home against Ajax in the Europa League, and on Sunday Eden will see the 312th derby.
