Slavia - Dukla Praha
PRAGUE/EDEN ARENA – Slavia return to winning ways as the red & whites destroy Dukla Praha on their own stadium. Škoda and Zmrhal scored twice, Souček added fifth in a magnificent evening.
Michael Ngadeu had to start as a centre-back with the absence of Simon Deli, Souček remained the only defensive-midfielder with Danny and Hušbauer in centre of the field. Škoda started as a lone forward supported by Zmrhal and Stoch on both wings.

Slavia started well and Škoda open the score just after 9 minutes when he headed Zmrhal cross into the net. Few minutes later Stoch could add second goal but Dukla goalkeeper Rada managed to save his effort from distance.

After 35 minutes Škoda added his second and it was an incredible moment for Slavia captain. He won the ball against two Dukla defenders on the brink of the away box, noticed Rada away from the goal and sent a perfect lob from 20 meters over the away goalkeeper.

It was Škoda’s league goal no. 60 in red-white jersey!

After the break Slavia continued in their domination. At minute 55 Josef Hušbauer sent a long cross inside the penalty area and Jaromír Zmrhal fired the ball into the net from 15 meters. For Zmrhal it was the premiere goal this season.

And The Czech national soon added second. Just ten minutes later he utilized Škoda’s good individual work and sent the ball along Rada with his left foot.

Tomáš Souček was the one to have a final ford on 82nd minute. Hušbauer sent a through pass into the box and Souček made it 5-0 with his well-placed shot.

Slavia destroyed Dukla 5-0 and kept in touch with Sigma Olomouc on the second place of league table. The red & whites scored five times against Dukla for the first time since 1949!
