SK Slavia Praha - SK Dynamo České Budějovice
Goals: 2. Douděra, 9. Fila, 67. Prebsl, 84. Wallem
In the 2nd round of the Chance League, Slavia defeated Dynamo České Budějovice 4-0 at Fortuna Arena. The first goal of the new season for the red-and-whites was scored by Douděra in the second minute, followed by Fila seven minutes later. Prebsl and Wallem sealed the final score in the second half.

Slavia has now beaten the South Bohemian club at home for the fourteenth consecutive time. Compared to the draw at Slovácko, there were three changes in the starting eleven. Malick Diouf started from the beginning, with Ivan Schranz and Daniel Fila operating in attack. The team was led by captain Jan Bořil. Before the match, Slavia players wore shirts in support of their injured teammates Jindřich Staněk and Tomáš Vlček. Schranz and Václav Jurečka received commemorative trophies for their scoring achievements at the Euro and during last season's league, respectively.

Jindřich Trpišovský's team struck as early as the second minute, with Filip Prebsl moving the ball to David Douděra, who scored with a shot to the near post, beating Janáček - 1:0.

In the 9th minute, Daniel Fila marked his competitive return for Slavia by scoring after a beautiful pass from Malick Diouf from deep in the field. Face to face with the Budějovice goalkeeper, he confidently placed the ball under the crossbar - 2:0.

Janáček managed to box away Provod's powerful shot, and Bořil's header flew over the crossbar. After a deflection by a Budějovice defender, the ball hit the top of the bar. In the 32nd minute, Ivan Schranz had a chance to change the scoreline again, but his goal was denied by a sliding tackle from Kotula. Four minutes before the end of the first half, Oscar sent a beautiful through ball to Lukáš Provod, who circled Janáček, but the goal was disallowed by VAR due to offside. Antonín Kinský preserved the two-goal lead before halftime by saving Šigut's shot.

After the break, Janáček was tested by Provod, who later hit the side netting after being found in the penalty area by Diouf. After an hour of play, Schranz tried his luck from a distance with his left foot, narrowly missing the left post. In the 65th minute, Janáček dropped a cross, and Filip Prebsl punished the huge mistake by the Budějovice goalkeeper, celebrating his first goal in the red-and-white jersey - 3:0.

The Slavia coaching staff then made their first substitutions, with Fila and Schranz making way for Tomáš Chorý and Matěj Jurásek. Provod was replaced by Lukáš Vorlický in the 75th minute as heavy rain began to fall. Janáček caught Chorý's attempt. Michal Tomič and Conrad Wallem came on for the final minutes. In the 84th minute, Vorlický found Conrad Wallem with a precise cross, and Wallem headed in to make it 4:0.

Slavia celebrated their first win of the season, defeating Dynamo České Budějovice by four goals. They will travel to Liberec for their next match, scheduled to kick off on Friday, August 2 at 5:30 PM.
