Promotion to the 4th round of MOL Cup

Four minutes later, Alexander Buzek added his first competitive goal for the A-team with a follow-up shot ? 0-4. Macek came close to narrowing the gap with a header just past the left post. The end of the half belonged to the home goalkeeper, who made outstanding saves on shots from Tredl and Buzek, earning applause from the packed stands.

After an hour of play, Slavia made four substitutions, bringing on Daniel Fila and Daniel Toula (Fila making his return from injury, Toula making his competitive debut for Slavia), along with the fit-again Ivan Schranz and Lukas Masopust. Jurasek, Pech, Zmrzly, and Chytil left the field.

Schranz?s lob was cleared off the line by a Benatky defender, and Fila?s goal four minutes from time was disallowed for offside. Both goalkeepers excelled, with Mandous stopping Zitka?s breakaway and Keller saving Masopust?s angled shot. Zitka gave the final touch to the scoreline in added time ? 1-4.
