We won 2-0 in the "battle of Slavias" away at Hanácká Slavia Kroměříž in the MOL Cup 3rd round. Jurásek and Chytil were on the scoresheet.

Several changes in Slavia line-up compared to the Derby on Sunday. Kacharaba and Tecl made their first starts this season. Bolu Ogungbayi played from the opening minutes for the first time in Slavia.

4,197 fans attended the game in Kroměříž - almost triple the usual official capacity of the 2nd-division club stadium.

Matěj Jurásek opened the score in the 35th minute after a long pass by Taras Kacharaba.

Mojmír Chytl doubled our lead 10 minutes after the break with a well-placed cross shot from inside the box.

Ivorian midfielder Boris Koffi made his maiden start for Slavia at the end of the game after suceeding on trial with the Red-Whites.

Round of 16 will be played on the beginning of November 2023.

Slavia made light work of their MOL Cup Round of 16 clash away at Zlín, securing a dominant 4–0 victory. The Reds decided the game already in the first half, when Mojmír Chytil opened the scoring. After the break, Lukáš Provod and youngster Tomáš Jelínek — who netted his first-ever senior goal — added insurance strikes, before Michal Sadílek sealed the win late on.
