Against Midtjylland or Young Boys in the UCL Play-off

Slavia will face either FC Midtjylland or Young Boys Bern in the UEFA Champions Leagu Play-off.

Our opponent for the UEFA Champions League Play-off will be either Danish champions FC Midtjylland or winners of Swiss Super League Young Boys Bern. Slavia will start home on 22 or 23 September, the 2nd leg will be played in Switzerland on 29 or 30 September 2020.

Their mutual game of UCL 3rd qualifying round will be played on 16 September in Denmark. The 3rd qualifying round is not classical two-legged tie, only one game will be played.

In the 17th round of the Chance Liga, Slavia defeated Slovácko 3–0 at Eden. Mojmír Chytil scored twice, and Tomáš Chorý added a ruthless finish. Igoh Ogbu returned from injury, and academy product Tomáš Jelínek made his league debut as part of the starting line-up.

Slavia drew 0–0 with Athletic Bilbao in the 5th round of the Champions League league phase. Jindřich Staněk delivered an exceptional performance, denying the Basque club four clear goal-scoring opportunities. After five matches, the Red-Whites have three points from three draws.

Slavia defeated Bohemians in front of 18,992 spectators at Fortuna Arena and continue to lead the Chance Liga table. The Vršovice derby was decided in the first half, with goals from Tomáš Chorý and Štěpán Chaloupek (the latter deflected in by Okeke). In the second half, Lukáš Provod scored a stunning strike, while Zeman pulled one back for the visitors.
