Clean sheet means the most, but I am happy for my goal

Aiham Ousou scored his first goal in red-white after joining Slavia in the summer. His beautiful chip was the icing on the cake of a 3-0 win over FK Teplice.
And a first goal in a new club deserves a proper celebration. “It is amazing feeling. All players just sang for me together in the dressing room, so I am very happy and delighted to have scored my first goal.” How did a centre-back appeared up front to finish an offensive action? “It is the coaches, they put the men on us and if there is no player pressing, we can go up front and another player will cover for us. I just went there when I felt it was the right opportunity. I saw the cross coming and just put it in the goal.” The maiden goal came after several wasted good opportunities to finally bring some relief. “Well, finally. I thought about it a little bit, but for me a clean sheet is much bigger thing and better for us. But still, I scored my first goal and I’m very happy.” Slavia kept six clean sheets out of last seven games also thanks to a cooperation between centre-backs Aiham Ousou and Taras Kacharaba and the goalkeeper Aleš Mandous. “It’s amazing. I say it every time that a clean sheet is the best thing to me. Making a good game is also great but Taras and Aleš and everybody else are playing very good around me. Everybody makes it easy for each other, so, we keep winning, and we keep going.”
