INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUYING AND VERIFYING A SEASON TICKET

Whether you are an existing season ticket holder or someone on the waiting list, the purchase can be made in three ways. We recommend choosing a convenient form of online purchase through the Slavia Application (download for Android or iOS). In the application, you can monitor the statistics of your participation in matches during the season and cancel or donate a replacement ticket in case you cannot attend the match. Another option is to purchase through an account at www.ticketportal.cz. If you do not have the option of buying a season ticket online, you can also buy a season ticket at the ticket offices of SK Slavia Prague during their opening hours.

PURCHASE OF A SEASON TICKET

Whether you are an existing season ticket holder or someone on the waiting list, the purchase can be made in three ways. We recommend choosing a convenient form of online purchase through the Slavia Application (download for Android or iOS). In the application, you can monitor the statistics of your participation in matches during the season and cancel or donate a replacement ticket in case you cannot attend the match. Another option is to purchase through an account at www.ticketportal.cz. If you do not have the option of buying a season ticket online, you can also buy a season ticket at the ticket offices of SK Slavia Prague during their opening hours.

If you are buying season tickets for your loved ones or friends, you can transfer them to another account in no time thanks to the application. The pass can be transferred in the pass detail at the bottom of the screen, where the "Transfer pass" option is located. This is not a donation of a place from the season ticket, but a transfer of ownership of the season ticket.

The online PDF purchase guide guides you in detail step by step through the purchase within the individual phases and according to the chosen purchase method. We will add all purchase guides until 7th June.

During the entire process of selling season tickets for the new season, every user of the application will see both the existing season ticket and the newly purchased one. This is not an error. The season ticket for the 2023/2024 season will automatically disappear after the sale of season tickets ends.

SEASON TICKET VALIDATION

Did you manage to purchase a season ticket for the 2024/2025 season? Don´t forget to validate it before visiting the first match! Compared to last season, online validation will be possible even if one of the price discounts is used. There are several ways to validate a season ticket:

• I am a season ticket holder who bought a new season ticket without changing the data and I do not benefit from any of the price discounts, except for the discount for OP/FK members
  • In this case, the new season ticket will be validated automatically until the sale of season tickets ends. So there is no need of validation eventhough this possibility is available in application
• I am a season ticket holder who purchased a new season ticket with a change of data or I receive one of the price discounts, except for the discount for OP/FK members
  • In this case, use one of the following options for validation:
  • Scan of personal document in the application
    • Can be used by: adults with change of data, children, seniors
  • Enter data from a valid ISIC CARD
  • Can be used by: students
  • Uploading a scan of the study certificate to the app, or sending a study certificate to the email aplikace@ticketportal.cz (only the SKS template downloadable below in the article applies)
  • Can be used by: children, students without ISIC
  • Sending a scan of the ZTP/TP certificate to the email aplikace@ticketportal.cz
    • Can be used by: ZTP/TP holder
  • Personal visit to cash desks with a document authorizing validation during opening hours
  • Can be used by: everyone

With a validated season ticket, nothing prevents you from attending home football matches of SK Slavia Praha, for which the season ticket is valid. But watch your attendance so you don´t lose your pre-emptive right to a season ticket for the 2025/2026 season!

SALE SCHEDULE

Advance sale for 2023/2024 season ticket holders who have fulfilled the 3x and that´s enough rule:

The possibility of choosing a seat from available seats in the system or extending an existing reservation to your seat. All unused reservations will be canceled on June 23.

The sale of season tickets for those waiting on the waiting list will take place exclusively in the Slavia application according to the schedule:

Further phases will be announced in the event that capacity is not sold out during the stated phases.

• Each applicant registered on the waiting list will have the opportunity to purchase up to two season tickets during their phase
• You can choose from the available seats in the sale. The club cannot guarantee 100% availability of two seats next to each other.
• You can find more information about the purchase method in the application in the "MENU - čekací listina" section. We strongly encourage every applicant to read these rules before starting the sale.
• Successful applicants for a season ticket for the Parents with Children sector have already been informed and their settlement and purchase of a season ticket is handled individually with the ticketing department.

Collection of physical season tickets at ticket offices

• Thanks to the Slavia app, it is no longer necessary to own a physical season ticket. In the application, you will be able to choose the look you like and change it during the season. However, if you want a physical season ticket, it can be picked up at the box office from 12th June until 1st September 2024 according to the opening hours of the cash registers, which will be continuously updated on the website www.slavia.cz.

PRICE LIST

The price categories for individual sectors remain the same as in the previous season. There is an increase in the price of season tickets in the range of 10-25%. The utility value of the season ticket compared to a regular ticket for existing season ticket holders remains below 50%. The highest price increase will be felt by holders of season tickets in the lowest price category C (sectors 122-126). The reason is the effort to narrow the spread between the most expensive and the cheapest price category. For the sake of interest, the most expensive season ticket for one match is CZK 262 for existing season ticket holders and CZK 310 for new season ticket holders. For people in wheelchairs, the price remains the same as last season.

SALES

In the 2023/24 season, the handling fee was canceled for all tickets purchased in the Slavia application or online on the ticketportal.cz website. This also applies to the 2024/2025 season. This is a form of small discount that we believe will be welcomed by all fans.

Please note that it is not possible to apply the discount retroactively after purchasing a season ticket, and such requests will therefore not be granted. The application of these discounts is continuously checked upon entry to each match.

Other discounts available are::

Parents with children Sector

• Up to 3 children´s tickets can be purchased for sectors 225-227 at a special price of CZK 1/piece when purchasing an adult season ticket. You can read more information about this sector and the method of purchase in the following section PARENTS WITH CHILDREN SECTOR.

Children´s

• This discount is available in two variants (individual child and child when purchasing an adult) and applies to all sectors except the Parents with Children Sector.
• A child up to 14 years of age is entitled to a discount, incl. at the time of purchasing a season ticket

Student

• From the new season, the student discount changes from the nominal value to a 20% discount from the basic price list discount. At the same time, it is possible to prove the right to draw it simply by using data from a valid ISIC card. For students who do not have an ISIC card, it is necessary to have an official Slavia certificate of study confirmed, which can be downloaded below in the article. Please note that any other form of proof of study will not be accepted.

Member of the Union of Friends/Fanklub

• In order to apply the discount for members of the Department of Friends and the Fan Club, it is necessary to first check the status on the member´s online portal. Until the claim is approved by one of the organizations, it will not be possible to apply the discount at the stadium ticket offices or when purchasing in the application or on the ticketportal.cz website. For more information, please contact the secretary of the organization in question.

Senior

• All season ticket holders who are older than 63 at the time of purchasing a season ticket are entitled to a senior discount. The discount is 20% of the basic list price and must be set when purchasing a season ticket. Please note that it is not possible to apply a discount retroactively after purchasing a season ticket, and such requests will therefore not be granted.

ZTP/TP

• ZTP / TP card holders are also entitled to a 20% discount. In order to validate the season ticket, it is then necessary to present a document authorizing the use of this discount.

Disabled person in wheelchair

• The price for wheelchair users remained the same as in the previous season. To buy a season ticket for the new season, it is necessary to write to the email permanentky@slavia.cz by the deadline according to the sales schedule. After mutual agreement, the reservation will then be assigned to your account.

PARENTS WITH CHILDREN SECTOR

In addition to sectors 225 and 226, sector 227 will also be available for families with children from the new season. In this part of the stadium, a rich accompanying program for children takes place during the match. Season tickets for the whole family can be purchased for these sectors at a discounted price. The purchase of a children´s season ticket to the family sector (225, 226, 227) for CZK 1 is only possible when purchasing an adult season ticket together. If one of the parents regularly goes to football with two children, they will purchase 3 season tickets for CZK 5,502 (existing season ticket holders) and CZK 6,502 (new season ticket holders). A family of four of existing season ticket holders with two children will then pay a total of CZK 11,002 for 4 season tickets. Season tickets to the Parents with Children Sector can now also be purchased online after activating the reservation at the ticketing department. However, we would like to draw your attention to the necessity of careful checking when entering data when purchasing season tickets. The capacity intended for season ticket holders in the Parents with children sector is already fully occupied by current season ticket holders and successful applicants from the Waiting list. In the event that some places become available after the current season tickets, we will contact other applicants according to the waiting list for the Parents with Children sector.

For individual matches, fans can also look forward to a family ticket, which brings a discounted price for two adults and two to four children. We will always publish more detailed information about this ticket in the article for a specific match.

  • Specific priority purchase settings will be introduced for each match separately depending on the number of seats available for sale

DESIGN

PLATINUM EDITION FOR 100% PARTICIPATION

A season ticket with a special design and a premium platinum cover awaits season ticket holders who attended every FORTUNA:LIGA home game in the 2023/2024 season. This design only for them will also be available in the Slavia application. At the same time, this group will get the opportunity to buy a ticket for the exposed matches in the 1st phase of priority purchase, i.e. before the remaining holders of season tickets for the 2024/2025 season. This group includes only season ticket holders who attended all matches in person. Season ticket holders who do not have any absences in the 2023/2024 season and have achieved this through a combination of participation, donation or opting out for all matches are to be thanked, but at the same time it is a state that we as a club would like to achieve for all season ticket holders.

We also don´t want to forget our commitment to platinum season ticket holders, from the 2022/2023 season, who went through the entire season with a special season ticket and for whom we have prepared a special offer from our partners as a thank you.

We will inform you about the benefits for platinum season ticket holders from the 2024/2025 season.

RULE 2x AND ENOUGH

Due to the common goal of maximizing the capacity of the stadium for each match, the "3x and enough" rule, which applied in the 2023/2024 season, is being modified to the new "2x AND ENOUGH" rule. So there is one possibility of an unexcused absence. In this case, three absences will already mean the loss of the pre-emptive right to a season ticket for the 2025/2026 season. Hand in hand with this change, but at the same time from the new season it will be possible to cancel a season ticket even after the regular deadline, i.e. between 48 hours and 2 hours before the match. ATTENTION, this cancellation form is called "LAST CHANCE" and is intended for season ticket holders who encounter an obstacle in attending the match at the last minute and have no one to give a replacement ticket to. If there is a check-out after the Last Chance deadline, the fate of the registered participation is in the hands of other fans. In the event that a vacant seat is purchased, the season ticket holder gains attendance, if the seat remains vacant, the season ticket holder has a registered non-attendance. It is therefore still primarily a question of using the check-out date (more than 48 hours before kick-off) when the season ticket holder does not have to worry about non-participation.

All competitive matches of the domestic league are included in the record of the 2x A DOST rule, incl. superstructures, i.e. 18 matches.

Any complaints regarding non-participation in the given match will be possible within 72 hours after the kick-off of the match, just as it was in the 2023/2024 season.

WAITING LIST

Due to the significantly greater interest of fans in season tickets, we have decided to offer interested parties registration on the waiting list for the 2024/2025 season. Anyone could register through the Slavia application from the first match of the spring part of F:L until 30 April 2024.

As part of the waiting list, we are already in contact with applicants for season tickets to the Parents with Children sector. You can find the list of applicants for standard season tickets in the application in the section MENU - waiting list. The ranking was determined by the number of tickets purchased for all competitive matches of the A- team in the spring season (basic part F:L, MOL Cup, Europa League) purchased under the same account under which the waiting list registration is made. In the event of a tie, the order was decided by the date of registration.

According to the order on the waiting list, all applicants for a standard season ticket will be able to purchase up to 2 season tickets during the given phase. Applicants for 1.-500. in addition, they are guaranteed the full availability of seats, but not their location. There is no longer a guarantee of available seats for the next stages. This is a sale until the capacity intended for the sale of season tickets 2024/2025 is sold out.

We will publish information on the waiting list for the 2025/2026 season after the sale of season tickets has ended.

VIRTUAL SEASON TICKET VS. PHYSICAL CARD

Since last season, it is not necessary to pick up a physical plastic card at SK Slavia Prague cash desks to use a season ticket. Thanks to the Slavia application, you can use and manage your season ticket or the season tickets of family members virtually. In addition, the application enables easy manipulation of the season ticket in case you cannot attend the match and enables immediate control over the number of attended matches.

Our aim is to increase the number of season ticket holders who will use the virtual card in the application and, conversely, to reduce the number of issued plastic cards. We are aware of the fact that the season ticket is a collector´s item for many, and that is why we are preparing a collecting environment for digital season tickets in the application as well. Holders of season tickets from the 2024/2025 season could already have the opportunity to start a new virtual collection supplemented with statistics and other interesting facts from the given season.

The virtual season ticket has yet another advantage. Your favorite design will never run out. In the case of physical season tickets, we hereby draw your attention to the limited availability of individual variants, which will be available until they are "sold out".
