Slavia Cruise Past Zlín to Reach Cup Quarter-Finals

Slavia made light work of their MOL Cup Round of 16 clash away at Zlín, securing a dominant 4–0 victory. The Reds decided the game already in the first half, when Mojmír Chytil opened the scoring. In the second round of the Champions League group stage, Slavia Prague were defeated 0–3 away to Inter Milan at the San Siro. Jindřich Staněk was beaten twice by Lautaro Martínez, a veteran of the sides’ memorable 1–1 draw six years ago, while Denzel Dumfries added a third for the hosts.
