Taloverov to LASK Linz

Maksym Taloverov becomes a player for LASK Linz; the Austrian club has exercised the option for a permanent transfer of the 23-year-old Ukrainian player. Maxi, we wish you lots of success!

Taloverov joined Slavia from České Budějovice in January 2022 but didn´t permanently secure a spot in the starting lineup. However, he played both matches in the Europa Conference League Round of 16 against LASK.

During the spring part of the previous season, the Shakhtar Donetsk youth product spent time on loan at LASK Linz. Alongside Moses Usor, they helped the team secure third place in the Austrian Bundesliga and qualify for the Europa League playoffs. Taloverov made twelve appearances during his loan spell.

At the turn of June and July, he contributed to the Ukrainian national team winning bronze at the U21 European Championship. Following his return to LASK in August, Taloverov scored his first goal for the Austrian team during the Europa League group stage, helping secure their only victory in the EL against Belgian side Royale Union SG.

After a fall part of the season and twenty-one competitive starts of the Ukrainian, LASK decided to exercise the option for the player.
