FORTUNA ARENA - VISITING REGULATIONS

Section 1: General Provisions

1. These Visiting Rules are a directive issued by Eden Arena, a.s., U Slavie 1540/2a, Vršovice, 100 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 29413001 (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), which determines the basic binding rules of conduct for all visitors to the FORTUNA ARENA stadium (hereinafter referred to as the "Arena" or the "Stadium") who enter its premises and use its facilities.

2. The purpose of the Visitor Regulations is, in particular, to ensure the protection and safety of health, property and order in the Stadium and also to ensure, as far as possible, ideal conditions for the conduct of all events to be held in the Arena. The aim of the Stadium Visiting Regulations is also to ensure a pleasant sporting and social atmosphere in the Stadium. Each visitor, by purchasing a ticket and/or by his/her admission to any event held in the Arena, confirms that he/she has fully and properly acquainted himself/herself with these Visitors' Regulations, that he/she has fully understood them, agrees with them, i.e. with their content and all the conditions set out therein, undertakes to respect and observe them and considers them to be fully binding on him/her, and expressly agrees in particular to his/her obligation to pay any contractual penalty within the meaning of the provisions of Article 6 § 3 thereof.

3. The Arena is located in the Prague 10 - Vršovice district, between Vladivostocká and Pod Altánem streets, closed on the western side by U Slavie street.

4. The term Visiting Rules is identical to the term Operating Rules.

Section 2: Arena

1. The arena shall be used by the public for social events (football matches, concerts, etc.) and the owner shall decide exclusively on its use and use.

2. The public may enter the Arena only with the consent of the owner, only at the times set out in these Visitor Regulations or in exceptional cases by other decision of the stadium owner, and only if the conditions set out in these Visitor Regulations are complied with.

3. These Visiting Regulations are also binding for all persons who will use the Arena for their own events on the basis of a special contract concluded for a specific purpose, as well as for the guests of such persons.

4. In addition to the owner of the Arena, the organizing or security service, or the police within the scope of their legal authority, are also entitled to supervise the observance and respect of these Visitor Regulations.

Section 3: Staying in the Arena

1. Only persons who have a valid ticket issued by the Owner or a person authorised or authorised by the Owner or another document authorising entry or persons who can prove their authorisation to stay in the stadium in another way may stay in the Arena. Any person inside the Arena is obliged to prove his/her right to stay with a valid ticket or a document authorizing his/her stay upon request of the Owner, the organizing or security service, as well as the police. Anyone who is unable to prove his/her authority to be inside the Arena will be escorted out of the Arena. Upon leaving the Arena, the ticket loses its validity; the same applies to the holder of a permanent ticket regarding the entitlement to enter the event for a specific game day.

2. The Arena is always open to the public at least one hour prior to the start of the event until one hour after the end of the event, unless otherwise specified by the Arena owner for organisational reasons.

3. Visitors are obliged to occupy only the seat indicated on the ticket for the event. In the case of sports matches in the stadium, fans and supporters of the visiting team are obliged to stay only in the sector designated by the Arena Owner for supporters of the visiting team and are obliged to respect the organizational instructions of the organizing or security service or the police.

4. In justified cases, the organiser is entitled to unilaterally define that certain parts of the stadium can only be purchased or access granted if the previously announced conditions are met (according to club affiliation, admission without external club identification, etc.).

5. For security reasons and to avert danger, visitors are obliged to take seats other than those indicated on the ticket, possibly in another sector, on the instructions of the organizing and security services as well as the police. The same applies to visitors who arrive after the start of the event. This measure does not give rise to any entitlement/obligation to a reduction/surcharge of the admission fee.

6. Persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances, as well as persons who endanger the safety of persons or property located in the Arena, lose the right to stay in the Arena and may be escorted out of the Arena area at any time by the organizing or security service or the police.

7. The Operator is entitled to sell tickets at risk events only upon presentation of an identity card (ID card, passport or driving licence), where the details of the date of birth and the name of the ticket holder will be printed on the ticket. Entry to the Arena will then be granted at the entrance control only upon presentation of an identity card, where the data on the card must match the data printed on the ticket or permanent ticket.

8. The Visitor acknowledges and agrees that by entering the Stadium, the Organiser is entitled to make and process visual or audio-visual recordings (especially photographic, video or audio-video) within the framework of the Event, which may also capture the Visitor. The Organiser is entitled to use this recording for its marketing and other similar purposes. The Visitor is not entitled to any remuneration or other consideration in connection with the taking, processing and use of the image or audio-visual recordings.

3. Every visitor is obliged to endure an entry check and search upon entering the stadium and at any time during his/her stay in the stadium by members of the organizing or security services, as well as the police. This entry control and search is aimed in particular at observing the prohibition of bringing objects according to these Visitor Regulations and minimizing risks. The entry control and search also applies to the luggage brought in and allows for the inspection of individual items brought in. The organizing or security service, as well as the police, are entitled to examine, even with the use of technical means, persons who, because of suspected previous consumption of alcohol or other addictive substances or because of bringing in weapons or other dangerous objects or things or substances causing a fire hazard, may pose a security risk to the event.

4. It is prohibited to bring items into the Arena area that could in any way endanger the safety and adequate facilities of persons residing on the premises and their property. 5. Persons who cannot prove their authorisation to visit or enter the Arena or persons who pose a security risk within the meaning of these Visitor Regulations or refuse to submit to an entry control or search will not be allowed to enter the Arena or will be escorted out of the Arena.
