Friday´s draw determined that Slavia will face AC Milan in the round of 16 of the Europa League. The initial duel will take place on March 7 at the legendary San Siro stadium, with the return leg scheduled for a week later at the Eden Arena.

Malick Diouf contributed to the victory over Karviná with two goals in his debut. After three years, Ukrainian defender Taras Kacharaba is leaving Slavia to join Dunajská Streda, currently the sixth-placed team in the Slovak Niké League.
