In the second match of the winter training camp, Slavia faced AIK Fotboll at the thirty-thousand-seater Estadio Algarve. Midfielder Oscar opened the scoring in the 67th minute, and a quarter of an hour later, Petr Ševčík secured the victory with the second goal.

A rare visit from Lisbon, former Slavia players Alexander Bah and David Jurásek attended the match against Sönderjyske. The Danish international witnessed the clash of his former clubs and reminisced about his time at Eden.

Slavia kicked off a series of three preparatory matches during their training camp in Algarve with a 4-0 victory over Sønderjyske. Muhamed Tijani and Mick van Buren found the net in the first half. January dedicates itself to mental health awareness at Slavia. In collaboration with experts from the National Institute of Mental Health, the club focuses on caring for mental well-being. Not only does Slavia dedicate the entire month to mental health, but it also commits to ongoing education and awareness about the seriousness of this often overlooked issue. Leveraging the expertise of mental health professionals, the club aims to highlight the significance of mental health and utilize Slavia´s brand influence for community well-being—from the youngest academy players to the oldest team members. Mental health becomes a priority in Slavia´s CSR activities at the beginning of the year.

The Slavia football team is preparing for its first match of the new year 2024. Due to the replacement of the turf at the Eden Stadium, the postponed Champions League match against Austrian St. Pölten will be played in Mladá Boleslav on Thursday, January 18, at 6:45 PM. Admission to the match is free.

On Thursday, the first team set off for a training camp in the Portuguese Algarve. The squad for the camp includes 35 players, including the new addition El Hadji Malick Diouf.

Slavia has secured a new talent in the form of the freshly nineteen-year-old defender, El Hadji Malick Diouf. The Senegalese player, arriving from Norwegian club Tromsö IL, has signed a contract at Eden until June 30, 2028.

In the second home league match in 2024, Pardubice will come to the Fortuna Arena. The match will be played on Sunday, February 25, at 3:00 PM, and tickets are available for purchase through the Slavia app and on the Ticketportal website. Be there!

Twenty-seven-year-old national team goalkeeper Jindřich Staněk is coming to Slavia from Viktoria Plzeň. The league champion from 2021/22 and owner of eight Czech national team caps, where he helped secure qualification for the EURO, signed a contract at Eden until June 30, 2027.

Twenty-four-year-old defender Ondřej Zmrzlý is swapping his Olomouc jersey for the stitched one at Slavia; he signed a contract until June 30, 2027, at Eden.

Twenty-year-old centre-back Štěpán Chaloupek is moving from Teplice to Slavia. He signed a four-year contract at Eden, effective from June 30, 2024. The youth national team player will spend the spring part of the season in FK Teplice.

Jaroslav Köstl answered the call of the national team and will become an assistant to the new national coach, Ivan Hašek. Jardo, thank you for everything you´ve done for Slavia! We´ll be rooting for you in your new role!
