Ticket info for the Lille home game
The UEFA Champions League play-off second leg against LOSC Lille will kick off on Wednesday 28 August at 9 pm. The match is not included in season ticket, season ticket holders must buy an individual ticket to enter the match. They have reserved a ticket in place of their season ticket for the duration of the phase 1 of pre-sale. If they do not use their reservation, the seat will be released for phase 2 of the sale.
From phase 2 of the sale, tickets are available on the Slavia app two hours earlier than on the Ticketportal website, and tickets can also be bought at the ticket office during their opening hours in general sale phase. Season ticket holders get a discounted price from the play-off price list with a 30% discount. Discounts for fanclub members, seniors over 63, disabled/TP card holders, students and a child discount are then available on tickets from phase 2 onwards. Individual discounts are not cumulative. Purchased tickets cannot be returned for sale to free up your seat in the event of non-attendance at the match. Ticket surcharges
Family ticket
A family ticket is sold for CZK 2,200 and can be taken by two adults and two children. Up to 2 additional children´s tickets can then be purchased at a discounted price. The family ticket can be purchased on request at the appropriate stage of sales by emailing vstupenky@slavia.cz, the reason for this is to ensure that sectors 225-227 are occupied exclusively by families with children. Individual tickets are sold in price category A (sector 227) and B (sectors 225 and 226).
Sales Schedule:
from Thursday 15 August 14:00 (SLAVIA app and Ticketportal website) to Tuesday 20 August 12:00 pre-sale for holders of season tickets. Each season ticket holder can buy one ticket in place of their season ticket. Online sales take place in the SLAVIA app under Tickets - Reservations - Matches or under the user account on Ticketportal. Season ticket holders are automatically set to receive a 30% discount on the play-off ticket price list, no other discounts can be applied except for the child ticket discount. from Tuesday 20 August 14:00 (SLAVIA app) and 16:00 (Ticketportal website) until Wednesday 21 August 12:00 pre-sale for platinum season ticket holders, who can buy one additional ticket for available seats until capacity is sold out. The sale takes place online in the SLAVIA app in the Tickets - Sales - Matches section and to log in to the sale you need to use a special code, which can only be found in the app in the Special Offers section. from Wednesday 21 August 14:00 (SLAVIA app) and 16:00 (Ticketportal website) until Friday 23 August 12:00 pre-sale for members of the Union of Friends, Fan Club and season ticket holders. Each person can buy up to two tickets until the capacity of tickets is fullfilled. The sale is online only, season ticket holders can buy a ticket under their Ticketportal user account or find it in the Vstupenky-Prodej-Zápasy section of the app (this is the sale that is coloured light brown and has a "Priority sale for season ticket holders" bar). The priority sale, which is located below the first sale, is for Fanclub members only. Members of the Union of Friends and the Fan Club can also purchase tickets via the event on the Ticketportal website by entering the Ticketportal code, which can be found by logging into their Slavia Portal member account
from Friday 23 August 14:00 (SLAVIA app) and 16:00 (Ticketportal website) free sale only if capacity is available. Each person can buy a maximum of two tickets, in the SLAVIA app (in the Vstupenky-Prodej-Zápasy section) and online on the Ticketportal website under the event. The ticket office will be used mainly for pre-match service, on the day of the match tickets are not sold at the ticket office according to UEFA rules
