Our star shines at the League Gala

PRAGUE - The title was not the end! Slavia dominated the League Gala on Sunday seizing almost all the available trophies. Milan Škoda has been voted the Best player of the season, Jaroslav Šilhavý seized the same trophy among managers.

Czech international scored 15 goals and added 6 assist which makes him best player according to overall points.

Muris Mešanovič

Best foreign player of Czech League
Bosnian striker scored 12 goals. He is 2nd best striker of our club and 2nd top striker of the whole league.

Jaroslav Šilhavý

Best manager of the season
Slavia remained unbeaten under the new manager since he came to the club in early September.

Jiří Pavlenka

Best goalkeeper of the season
Slavia conceded the least goals in the league (22). Pavlenka had 12 clean sheets and conceded average number of 0,68 goals per match.

Slavia made light work of their MOL Cup Round of 16 clash away at Zlín, securing a dominant 4–0 victory. The Reds decided the game already in the first half, when Mojmír Chytil opened the scoring. After the break, Lukáš Provod and youngster Tomáš Jelínek — who netted his first-ever senior goal — added insurance strikes, before Michal Sadílek sealed the win late on.

A valuable draw! Debutant Markovič shines against Atalanta

In the third round of the Champions League group stage, Slavia Prague held Atalanta to a 0–0 draw in Bergamo. The hero of the match was Jakub Markovič, who made at least four phenomenal saves on his Champions League debut. The “Red-and-Whites” picked up their second point in the group standings.

In the second round of the Champions League group stage, Slavia Prague were defeated 0–3 away to Inter Milan at the San Siro. Jindřich Staněk was beaten twice by Lautaro Martínez, a veteran of the sides’ memorable 1–1 draw six years ago, while Denzel Dumfries added a third for the hosts.
