Jakub Hora returns to Slavia on loan

Attacking midfielder or right wing Jakub Hora joins Slavia from FK Teplice on loan till the end of 2019.
28-year old offensive player returns to Slavia after 9 years. He joined Slavia on loan for 2010/11 season from Baník Most, made 28 caps in red & white and scored two goals. From 2011 he played two seasons for Viktoria Plzeň and won the Czech title in 2012/13. After loans to České Budějovice and Bohemians he joined FK Teplice on the beginning of 2015. He became one of the key players for Teplice and the club captain. Last season Hora scored 11 goals and added 2 assists. In 222 games in the first Czech league overall Hora scored 36 gaols and added 19 assists.

“I must admit I didn’t expect any of this in the last week of transfer window when Slavia is the top club in the Czech Republic. So, I was surprised after this offer. I am glad I had no rush with changing the shirt and that I could wait for Slavia. The club has clear ambition – to be successful home and in Europe. And I hope I will become part of the team, I will help, and the team can rely on me,” Hora said after his move to Eden.

“I am looking forward to playing in Eden. I enjoyed the atmosphere here even when I was playing away for Teplice. When I was last time in Slavia, there were some six thousand spectators on each game, now it’s almost twenty thousand and it’s what I am looking forward to,” 28-year old midfielder added.
