Trpišovský: We keep our style of play

"European football is like a computer game. You pass one level and the next one is even harder," Slavia manager says.
“We know in what company we are and what club with impressive record stands against us. But we keep our style of play and we don’t want to resign on it. The game will show what Inter allow us. It was the case with every opponent last season, and it was the same in Champions League qualifiers this season,” Slavia manager said on the official press conference.

“We can see we have been drawn into a group of football giants. But we wanted this and now we are here. Our dream is to continue in European competitions in Spring and we have our first chance to win some points on Inter. The truth lies on the pitch and it will show who will be successful tomorrow,” coach continued.

“Quality of our opponents evolves. It’s like pyramid, or like a computer game. You successfully pass one level and the next one is even harder. We want to surprise them but the game itself will show more. In Sevilla we wanted to surprise too, but we surprised ourselves conceding after some ten seconds. Inter have very mature team and they will come on the pitch to play in their style. They will be in similar position as we are in the league, coming on the pitch and trying to force our style on someone else,” Trpišovský admitted.

“We count with both possibilities: with Lukaku and without him. If I had to bet, I’d choose he will not play, regarding their strenuous schedule and his recent health problems. If he wouldn’t play, we will have less concerns around set pieces. But we will have to focus more on pace and dynamics of their other players,” Slavia manager concluded on Inter possible line-up.
