We have the biggest chance to qualify now, Souček says

The red-whites will start their Champions League play-off path in Cluj on Tuesday. “I believe we have the biggest chance to qualify now. This team is the strongest,” believes Slavia midfielder Tomáš Souček.
“I have been by last two Slavia attempts to reach the group stage and I think this team is the strongest. We have been together for a long time and we have achieved many things. I believe we have the biggest chance to qualify now. And we will chase it,” Tomáš Souček said during the official press conference.

„Champions League is the last puzzle, the last piece I can add since I have been in Slavia. But for me, I go from season to season and each year I set my goals higher. It’s not only about reaching the Champions League group stage, we want to get as high as possible in each competition,” Slavia midfielder added.

“All the players have been following the games between Cluj and Celtic. Maybe we expected Celtic to be a little bit stronger during their home game, but Cluj surprised us all. We have been watching all their games from the initial qualifying rounds and they displayed big quality. They deserved the qualification to the play-off and the players proved their class,” Souček concluded.
