Slavia started well and took early lead against the second team of the second-division table. With only 10 minutes on the clock Ondřej Lingr found the back of the net with a header after David Jurásek’s cross.
Six minutes later Ewerton curled the ball behind Kinský, but his effort only hit the crossbar.
However, in the 19th minute Matěj Jurásek deflected a long cross from the half of the pitch, the ball got to Václav Jurečka and our striker thumped in his first goal of the night to double our lead.
Only 3 minutes later Pech’s cross from the right side got to Matěj Jurásek and our midfielder lobbed the ball over Kinský in a difficult position. 3-0.
On the other side Kinakimana got into the biggest chance for Vyškov when he went past two Slavia players on the edge of the box, but he fired the ball just wide.
After the break the Red-Whites added fourth goal in the 62nd minute. After a cross from the left wing, Lingr returned the ball on the far post and Václav Jurečka again found the back of the net unattended on the other side.
Slavia created more chances, but the home players either fired wide, or were denied by goalkeeper Antonín Kinský, who is in Vyškov on loan from our club. The Red-Whites thus defeated MFK Vyškov 4-0 and qualified for the MOL Cup semi final.
