PRAGUE – Slavia was founded on November 2, 1892 and celebrates its 125th anniversary! The red & whites are the oldest sports club in the Czech Lands and also one of the oldest clubs on the European continent!

PRAGUE/EDEN ARENA – Prague is awaiting its second Europa League game of 2017/18 season – and the fourth game of group A for Slavia. The opponent for the red & whites is coming from Spain and Villarreal CF is also the favourite of our group. The game takes part on the 125th anniversary of Slavia foundation.

JIHLAVA/STADION V JIRÁSKOVĚ ULICI – Despite being one goal down at the half-time Slavia came from behind to beat Vysočina Jihlava 3-1 in the Czech MOL Cup round of 16.

PRAGUE/EDEN ARENA - Slavia have been 36 league games unbeaten before the home game with Slovan Liberec and have not lost in Eden for almost two years. but the record streak s over after a 1-2 loss with Slovan. Goal by Tomáš Necid came too late to leave some time for the equaliser.

VILLARREAL/ESTADIO DE LA CERAMICA - Slavia had a dream entry into their third game in UEFA Europa League leading 2-0 after 30 minutes. But only two minutes at the end of the first half were enough for Villarreal to equalize. There were no more goals in the second half so both teams were rewarded with one point.

CASTELLÓN/SPAIN – Slavia have arrived to Castellón airport in the Wednesday afternoon to face Villarreal in the third game of their Europa League 2017/18 campaign. The Spaniards are favourite of the Group A so far gaining four points – the same number as Slavia. “Three points would be great, but if we will return home with one, we would not be angry,” say Slavia players unanimously.

KARVINÁ/MĚSTSKÝ STADION - Slavia seized their first away victory of the season. In round 10 of Czech HET liga they defeated MFK Karviná 2-0 thanks to Škoda and van Buren goals.

PRAGUE/EDEN ARENA - Slavia Ladies have qualified for the UEFA Women’s Champions League round of 16. The red & white ladies defeated ZFK Minsk 4-3 in an exciting game and after the 3-1 victory in the first leg away in Minsk they won 7-4 on aggregate.

PRAGUE – Czech national team manager Karel Jarolím has chosen five Slavia players for World Cup qualifiers in Azerbaijan and home against San Marino. Rotaň and Sobol will fight for FIFA World Cup in Ukrainian national team.
Michael Ngadeu prolonged his contract until 2020

PRAGUE/EDEN ARENA – Cameroonian midfielder Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui has prolonged his contract in Slavia until June 2020.
Necid scores two as Slavia beat Brno

PRAHA/EDEN ARENA - Slavia beat Zbrojovka Brno 2-0. The club which in on the bottom of the league table did not bite much, on the other hand Slavia with Danny and Altintop in starting line-up wasted several good chances. Both goals of the home side were scored by Tomáš Necid. Necid now scored 5 goals in 3 home games since his return to Slavia!

PRAGUE/ASTANA - Slavia defensive midfielder Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui was named into the UEFA Europa League Team of the Week. After defender Eduard Sobol on MD1 Ngadeu is already second Slavia player in the selection after just two European appearances for the red & whites.
